Order Tracking

We work quickly to get your order made, packed, and on its way. Below is our standard timeline (in business days, excluding weekends and holidays).

📅 When will I receive my order?

1) Processing time: 1-3 business days
(Time to print, pack, and hand your order to the carrier.)
2) Shipping time:

• United States: 5 – 7 business days
• International: 7 – 10 business days

Note: These are typical estimates. Delays can happen due to weather, customs (for international
orders), or high-volume seasons.

📧 How do I get my tracking number?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number within 2-5 business days
after your purchase.
That email includes a direct tracking link. If you don’t see it, please check your
Spam/Junk folder – automated emails occasionally land there.

My tracking number isn’t working or updating

This is normal at first. Please allow 48–96 hours for the first tracking update
to appear after you receive your tracking number. Tracking usually updates once the package is
scanned at the carrier’s facility.

If tracking hasn’t moved for 15+ days, or if anything looks off, contact us and
we’ll help right away.
